I have used this product with excellent results in the past. A friend had it and I loved using it. I liked it so much that I purchased a copy for myself. I spent $90 for the software and started using it with great results. After a few months (about 4) it stopped working and that's when I discovered that there was no way to contact the tech people for assistance. I have tried everything including emails. No response. I am so disappointed with this company now and I would never recommend to anyone else that they purchase this product. Support is important.
